Ticket Prices
Registered disabled supporters, upon confirmation of status, are eligible to receive a concessionary ticket for entry to the stadium, and their carers (who must be responsible adults) will be issued with a complimentary ticket.

As recommended by the Football League, confirmation of status will be the production of a evidence showing a disability living allowance at a high level of care.

The Ticket Office, situated at the entrance to the main Roots Hall car park has a designated selling point for wheelchair users.

The Ticket Office can be contacted for full details of the disabled facilities and ticket allocation and disabled supporters are encouraged to contact them to discuss their ticket requirements.

Please note that carers will only be admitted to the ground when accompanied by the disabled supporter whom they are assisting.

Parking and Access
Parking is available for disabled supporters in the main Roots Hall car park behind the Fairfield BMW East stand.

There are three designated disabled spaces for blue badge holders but extra spaces may be made available subject to availability.

Directions, and assistance where required, will be given by stewards to the wheelchair spaces in the west stand. Access from the Fairfield BMW East to the Paul Robinson West Stand is generally flat with some ramps.

Seating for Disabled Supporters
All disabled supporters are advised to contact the ground before a matchday in order to arrange their tickets as Roots Hall is an old stadium that has been adapted where possible for disabled supporters but spaces are very limited.

Wheelchair Users
There are 20 spaces for home and away supporters in the rear of the Paul Robinson West Stand which does mean that there is some restricted viewing at times. The carers seats are alongside the wheelchair spaces and the whole area is under cover. There is also a designated steward to assist disabled supporters in this area. There is also an adapted executive box in the Fairfield BMW East stand with five spaces for wheelchair users and room for carers. Access is via a lift.

Visually Impaired
There are six seats available in the Fairfield BMW East Stand with commentary points for which headphones are provided. Carers are seated alongside and the whole area is under cover.

Hearing Impaired
No specific arranges are in place for the hearing impaired, although the Club will provide assistance upon request. As detailed above the Club does have a deaf textphone installed to take telephone calls from the hearing impaired.

Ambulant Disabled
There are undesignated but limited spaces around the ground.

Toilets
There is an adapted disabled toilet at the back of the Paul Robinson West Stand which has been fitted with a Radar lock so that it can be for the exclusive use of disabled supporters. There is also a disabled toilet in the Fairfield BMW East stand on the level below the adapted executive box and access is via the lift.

Bars and Catering
The Paul Robinson West Stand bar is accessible to wheelchair users but the selling point counter is at normal height. Catering facilities in the Paul Robinson West and Fairfield BMW East Stands are not dedicated, but steward assistance is available if required.

Club Shop
The Club Shop is situated at the entrance to the main Roots Hall car park and includes wheelchair access.
