Bridge has been at the club since the age of nine, making his way through the Academy before making his first team debut in April 2016 against Bradford City.

In May 2016, Southend United were pleased to announce that the midfielder had signed a two-year contract extension with the club. 

Jack spent some time on loan at Chelmsford City in 2015/16. The creative midfielder impressed for the Clarets, scoring seven goals in 14 appearances including six ‘Man of the Match’ accolades.
