A former non-league goalkeeper having played over 250 games.
Joe was then player-coach at Weymouth before turning to coaching in the AFC Bournemouth Academy.
Joe spent three years at Bournemouth as Lead Academy Goalkeeping Coach, working with the under 18’s and also doubling up as Assistant Manager and taking charge of all goalkeeper matters from the under 18’s down.
