Debut: vs Tamworth, 26.10.2024

In October, we announced the signing of goalkeeper Zach Jeacock on loan from Lincoln City.

Jeacock had spent his whole career on Birmingham City’s books before joining Lincoln this summer and now arrives at Roots Hall initially until January. He will wear the number one shirt.

The 23-year-old was the youngest ever player to sign for Birmingham back in 2009 and was initially an attacking player before switching to goalkeeper at the age of 14.

Jeacock made four league appearances for the West Midlands outfit, the most notable being a 1-0 win over Brentford in August 2020.

While at Birmingham, the ‘keeper spent time out on loan with Stourport, Gloucester and Salford. He ended up having two spells with Gloucester, making 41 league appearances in total for the side who were then in the National League North.
