Wayne Andrews is our Head of Performance.

Andrews joined the club from Wealdstone in summer 2025. The former Crystal Palace striker became a personal trainer after his professional career and joined the Stones in May 2024 as Head of Strength and Conditioning.

He even made a substitute appearance on the pitch in the National League Cup against Brighton & Hove Albion Under-21s.
