Luke Cerullo is a second-year goalkeeper.

Danny Heath: “Luke is a player that works hard at his game to develop and improve. Luke was unfortunate to miss a large part of his first-year season but he has come back this season looking fit and sharp of which is a testament to his hard work. Luke has performed well in pre-season and he has performed well consistently”.

Luke: "I have been at Southend for close to three years now and have really enjoyed my time working up through the academy and now playing in the youth team. I have had lots of opportunities to be able to train with the first team and I think that this is one of the best things about the club. They will always push you so you improve to be the best footballer you can be.”
