Dylan Pattison is a second-year midfielder.

Danny Heath: "Dylan progressed into the youth team in July 2024 after performing well for the Community Foundation team. Dylan has settled well into the youth team, and he has shown a hard-working attitude and level of commitment. Dylan is a box-to-box midfielder that can play forward effectively with good quality. Out of possession, Dylan is tenacious and works hard to press to regain the ball back in the middle third of the pitch."

Dylan: "I started off at Westhamians in Dagenham at grassroots under-9s. I joined Southend Manor at under-11s before I then joined Hullbridge Sports EJA at u16s. I then played for the Southend United community college and was lucky enough to join the Southend United youth team in July 2024. It has been a brilliant experience with great coaches who have pushed me to become a better player and have given me an opportunity to play at the next level to take my career to the next step and I look forward to progressing and playing well this season and seasons to come hopefully breaking through the first team at my time with the Southend youth team."
