The former Braintree Town winger signed for the Shrimpers in July 2026, having starred while on trial at the Club.

Kamara spent time in the academies of both Charlton Athletic and Birmingham City before earning his first senior minutes in the National League South while on loan at Welling United.

The 22-year-old made 18 appearances for the Wings in 2024/25, before joining Braintree Town having been released by Birmingham City. He was a shining light for the Iron during a difficult campaign and scored a wonderful solo effort against Southend at Roots Hall when the two teams met on Good Friday in 2026.
