Lauren Johnson joined the Blues through the Girls' Programme back in 2015 and is one of the longest serving players under manager Lewis Dodds.

Selected as captain for the 2025/26 season, Johnson was also of Dodds’ squad that lifted the Essex County Trophy in 2023.
