On 30 August 2024, we announced the signing of midfielder Keenan Appiah-Forson.

The energetic box-to-box player spent eight years at West Ham United, where he earned UEFA Conference League winners medal, before joining Southend United on a two-year deal.

He learned his trade in the Hammers’ academy before gaining experience in the Vanarama National League in 2023/24 with Dagenham & Redbridge.

Appiah-Forson has made more than 75 appearances for the Shrimpers, scoring three goals.
