A graduate of the 2024/25 season, Jack Stone signed his first professional contract with the Shrimpers in October 2025.

The 20-year-old featured prominently on loan at Grays Athletic and AFC Sudbury during the remainder of the 2025/26 campaign before joining Eastbourne Borough on loan for a period of time at the start of the 2026/27 campaign.

The forward has since come back to the Shrimpers where he has led the line with the armband for the Under-23s and where he also made his professional debut against Berkhamsted in the Emirates FA Cup.
