Debut: vs Maidenhead United, 19.09.2023

David Martin signed for the club on non-contract terms on 19 September 2023.

The experienced goalkeeper started out at Tottenham Hotspur in his youth, making his first senior appearances for the old Wimbledon club.

He spent four years at Liverpool from 2006 to 2010 although never played in the Premier League for the Reds, spending time on loan at the likes of Accrington Stanley and Leicester City.

By far the most significant spell of Martin's career came at MK Dons in the 2010s as he played 274 league games for the Buckinghamshire club, appearing in the Championship for the Buckinghamshire outfit.

After short stints at Millwall and West Ham United, Martin returned to MK Dons as Goalkeeping Coach for the 2022/23 campaign.

At the start of 2023/24, Martin took up a role at Blues helping up with the coaching of Collin Andeng Ndi and was later registered as a player.
