Got a Ballot Place for the 2027 London Marathon? Firstly, congratulations!

If you've been lucky enough to secure a ballot place in the 2027 TCS London Marathon, we'd love to invite you to run for something even bigger by supporting Southend United Community Foundation.

Every year, thousands of runners take on the incredible challenge of 26.2 miles. If you're already taking part, why not make every mile count by raising funds that will directly benefit people across Southend and the surrounding communities?

Unlike our official charity places, there is no minimum fundraising target for ballot runners. Whether you raise £50, £500 or even more, every single pound will help us continue delivering life-changing projects across our community.

Your fundraising could help us:

Support young people through education, mentoring and employability programmes.
Improve physical and mental wellbeing through community sport and health initiatives.
Provide opportunities for disadvantaged and vulnerable people across South Essex.
Continue using the power of Southend United to make a positive difference in people's lives.

We'll be with you every step of the way, providing fundraising advice, resources and plenty of encouragement as you prepare for race day.
