Southend United are proud to launch a new campaign in collaboration with main partner, Gilbert & Rose, aimed at recognising some unsung heroes during the festive period.

The initiative ‘Shrimpers At Your Doorstep: Community Heroes with Gilbert & Rose’ invites supporters to nominate an individual who has made exceptional contributions or displayed remarkable resilience this year, regardless of their background or circumstances.

Whether it's community champions, those from underprivileged backgrounds, individuals who have overcome adversity, or someone who has gone above and beyond supporting the club this past year, Southend United want to celebrate their inspiring stories.

Through the nomination process, supporters are encouraged to share stories of resilience, compassion and determination, highlighting the extraordinary contributions of individuals who have positively impacted their communities. Nominations can be submitted via the response section below.

We will choose five nominees to receive a special Christmas gift from the football club and Gilbert & Rose, as well as a visit from a special someone.

Nominations are open until 2pm on Wednesday 6^th December. If your community hero is selected you will be contacted shortly after the nomination window closes.
