Southend United's Community & Educational Trust have recently restarted their Walking Football sessions.
The sessions, which run every Friday from 10am-12pm on the 4G pitch at Garon Park (SS2 4FA), will be continuing throughout the rest of the year and are £5 per session.

It’s a standard game of football where players walk instead of run, designed to help people in the over 55’s age bracket get fit or maintain an active lifestyle no matter what their age or fitness!
