He said: “We’re in a results business and we need to win football games.

“I can’t keep saying the performances are positive because we haven’t picked up the points that we should have done.

“But the more positive the performances, the more chance you have of winning.

“We’re very close of hopefully going on a very good run, I’m convinced we’re going to do that and starting on Saturday.

“Another tough challenge awaits but one we’ve shown we’re more than capable of taking on.

“We all know the areas to improve, we can’t avoid the elephant in the room.

“Structurally we’re strong, we don’t give much up and now it’s just the other end of the pitch we need to get that breakthrough.”

Molesley added: “We can’t dwell on it or add anymore pressure to ourselves. We know what we’ve got to do, we’ve been working hard on the training pitch which we always do.

“We never hide from anything, we embrace every challenge and work hard to fixing that. That’s certainly always been the case since day one and it certainly is the case now.

“It’s going to take a little bit more bravery and a little bit more quality but sometimes that’s because the players sometimes feel that little bit of pressure. Whatever it is we’ve got to stand up and conquer.”
