Southend United are pleased to announce Macron as the Club’s new Technical Kit Partner from the start of the 2021/22 season.
The multi-year partnership will see the Italian sportswear company manufacture Blues’ home and away shirts and training wear.
Macron have a long-established reputation as one of the leading sportswear brands in the market, operating in various countries and across a wide range of sports, with prominent relationships with clubs in England.
Southend’s Chief Executive Officer Tom Lawrence said: "Macron have a reputation for quality, style and reliability and we are delighted to announce them as our new Technical Kit Partner.
"Macron are a significant player in the technical kit market and have partnerships with Clubs throughout Europe. It’s great to be joining such an impressive portfolio.
"This year, as well as our home and away shirts, a third kit will be launched in the Autumn. The new online shop will be live from 2 August. The Club shop will close on 24 July and will reopen in early August with Macron’s new products.
"Macron will be taking pre-orders for replica kits online from 2 August and fans will be able to collect those orders from the Macron pop up store at Meet the Blues Day which will be held on 15 August at the training ground… further details to follow."
