Timothee Dieng is edging closer to returning from a hamstring injury sustained against Crawley Town.
However, Alan McCormack has been ruled out for the remainder of the season with a calf injury.
Here’s the latest team news from Phil Brown ahead of Saturday’s game against Leyton Orient…
"I’m hoping he’s going to be OK.
"He’s more than 50/50, put it that way. He came to the game on Tuesday night and he was in the changing room and looked bright and lively.
"He looked as if that [game] was the one he’s just missed and he would be putting his hat in the ring for Saturday, so it got me up with regards to his selection.
"But he hasn’t been on the training ground today and if he does play some part in the game he will have to be on the training ground tomorrow.
"If that’s the case then I’ll be starting him because he’s a fit lad, he’s very positive and he’s the kind of character that I like, [the type] that you can bounce off.
"He’s 50/50 and possibly 75/25 so he’s somewhere near."
"Alan’s not trained and he’s probably going to be out now for the rest of the season."
"Tom is responding to treatment but slowly.
"He’s only a young man and it was the right decision not to play him [against Exeter].
"We’ve got ready-made replacements.
"Harry Kyprianou is out of the treatment room now so there’s another left back available to us, if not left sided centre back.
"Harry’s got a wonderful left foot so he might play some part in the game on Saturday."
