We can confirm that Charlie Kelman has completed a move to QPR after the two clubs agreed an undisclosed fee for the 18-year-old striker.
Kelman made his professional debut for Blues 12 days after his 17th birthday in an EFL Trophy win against Southampton U21s in 2018.
His league debut came a couple of months later in January 2019 as a substitute against Plymouth Argyle, and it was to be a memorable occasion for the teenager as he scored a remarkable goal from inside his own half.
The 2019/20 campaign saw Kelman continue to embed himself firmly in the first team with 19 appearances and seven goals, which saw him top the scoring charts, before the season ended in March.
Following his departure, Kelman wished to thank the club and those who have helped him progress through the Academy.
"I would like to thank every manager, coach and player that has helped in my development over the years and for making me feel part of the team from the moment I made my debut. I wouldn’t be the person or player I am today without their support.
"I will always keep up to date with everything that happens and I wish the club all the best for the future."
Everyone at Blues would like to wish Charlie the best of luck for the future.
