Ahead of our next home game against Cambridge United on the 21st November, Blues Season Card holders are being reminded of the new iFollow procedure to watch the Home League games.
Before the previous home game against Port Vale, all Season Card holders’ iFollow accounts were uploaded with an ‘iFollow Season Ticket’ which now enables them to access the Home League games without the need for a code, as has been the case in previous games.
However, there are still accounts that are not ‘enabled’ with this feature as the EFL cannot link the iFollow account to our Season Card database.
The EFL have issued a deadline of this Friday (13th November) to submit the final Season Card holder database for this season.
This means after this point we will not be able to issue codes to watch games but also, unless we have a matching email address on our system to the one you have an iFollow account in, you will not be guaranteed to be able to watch the games for free.
The Blues Box Office team are trying to contact all affected Season Card Holders but if you are one of those in this situation please contact the Blues Box Office on 03444 770077 (Lo-Call Rate).
If your account has the ‘Season Ticket’ showing under Purchased Packages on the Information page, you do not need to do anymore.
To double check if your account is set up please follow the 3-step process below:
- Sign in to iFollow
- Click on your name and scroll down to Purchased Packages and then click on the + on the right hand side of the screen
- Once opened this is where it should have the Season Ticket listed. (As shown below)
Please Note: you may need to log out and log back in to refresh this information.
To watch on a matchday now you will just need to log in and then go via the Next Game option on the iFollow menu. An hour before kick-off when the feed becomes active press the Watch Live button.
Please Note: It will still show that to watch you will need to buy a pass – please do not click on this as you may be charged. This option will disappear once the feed from Roots Hall goes live.
