Mark Oxley says Blues need to maintain consistency now after winning two of their last three games.
Wins against Accrington and Lincoln have given renewed belief to the club.
Oxley says the morale in the squad has not once wavered and is hoping to continue in the same vein of form after losing just once is six games.
"We’ve always stuck together no matter what has happened,” he said.
"It might not look like that sometimes but for me the group is as strong as it has been since I’ve been here.
"We have to start looking forward now, not looking back.
"We’ve got some tough games coming up so we have to put our best foot forward and hopefully getting more positive results along the way.
"It's about being as consistent as we possibly can and trying to get as many results from now until the end of the season and see where it takes us."
Oxley was also quick to thank the supporters for continuing showing up in their numbers, as a contingent of over 200 fans get set to make the long trip to Bloomfield Road this weekend.
"The fans have stuck with us through, well not even through thick and thin but thick really because we’ve not been where we want to be for whatever reasons,” Oxley added.
"It was good to pay them back [last weekend] but we’ve spoken about being consistent.
"We’re a young group and we’ve got to keep learning, and learning quickly because the games are coming thick and fast in the next month.
"Hopefully over the last couple of weeks they’ve seen improvements and that desire to get us over the line on Saturday was definitely there."
