Information regarding Royal Mail issues and how to get your ticket for tomorrow's match
Royal Mail have today (Friday 11th December) announced that they are experiencing high delays with the posting of parcels and letters.
Royal Mail has acknowledged delays to its deliveries amid "exceptionally high volumes" of post and anti-Covid measures.
Because of the above, if your tickets have not arrived, please give the Blues Box Office a call on 08444 770077 or email email@example.com enabling you to collect your tickets from your designated collection point.
If you're seated in the East, South or North Stand your ticket will be available to collect from the North East Ticket Collection point.
If you're seated in the West Stand they will be available in the West Stand Ticket Collection point.
However, if you do not notify the Blues Box Office today (Friday 11th December) that your tickets have not arrived, they will only be available for re-print in the main ticket office.
To avoid delays entering the stadium tomorrow please ensure you notify the Blues Box Office today, we apologise for the inconvenience caused and look forward to welcoming you back to Roots Hall tomorrow.
