Ellis Gamon's virtual Southend United side were beaten in Round Two of the EFL Football Manager Cup on Monday afternoon.
Forest winger Joe Lolley was in control of the home side that came out on top in the last 32 of the competition, which is taking place to provide some fun and entertainment and also raise money for Mind the EFL's Charity Partner.
Following a penalty shoot-out Round One victory against Bradford City, it was backs to the wall stuff from Gamon's side for large periods of this game.
A dominant all-round display from the hosts saw them progress into the last 16.
In these times, it's important that we continue to highlight the great work that Mind do.
