Tom Clifford - Concord Rangers
The topsy turvy season of Concord Rangers continued as Tom Clifford helped Concord keep their first league clean sheet since August and the first of his spell at the Beachboys. Concord raced into a 4-0 half time lead over Eastbourne Borough and added another in the second half to come out 5-0 winners. Clifford played the full 90 minutes and provided a really pleasing performance.
O’Shane Stewart - Margate
Stewart started as a sub but was brought on at half time as Margate lost 2-1 away to Isthmian second-placed Worthing. The midfielder created a few opportunities for the Gate but Worthing had a man advantage too which prevailed in the end. Margate now sit 10 points from the Isthmian Premier play offs.
Freddy Eastwood - Canvey Island
Freddy Eastwood continued to enjoy his first spell in senior football as Canvey Island won 3-2 away to Heybridge Swifts, a win that has boosted the Gulls for twelfth in the table and only eight points outside the Isthmian North play off zone. Eastwood played 89 minutes for Canvey. He had a hand in the second goal and was denied a brilliant goal in the second half which produced Luca Collins into an excellent save.
Miles Mitchell-Nelson & Terrell Egbri - Harlow Town
Harlow Town’s winless run has now extended to over a month as they lost their latest match to fellow playoff challengers Uxbridge. Both loanees played the whole 90 minutes for Harlow. Both players had a fair quiet game and Harlow now sit seventh and remain a point outside the play offs.
