Southend United are pleased to announce Seetec have continued their sponsorship as the Official Training Wear Sponsor of Blues for a minimum two years.
Essex-based employment and skills specialist Seetec’s logo will appear on all training wear and first team management matchday wear for a minimum two years with a slight change to the logo with ‘Skills’ being shown instead of ‘Apprenticeships’.
The Blues partnership with Seetec will give young people the opportunity to take part in a traineeship at Roots Hall, understanding the business elements of working behind the scenes of a football club including commercial, ticketing, community and more.
Rhys Ellingham, Head of Commercial of Southend United said, “We are delighted to continue our relationship with Seetec – the exposure from the training wear on a matchday will be seen locally and nationally.
“The traineeship element of the partnership is also a great way to give young people looking to get into business administration the opportunity to work behind the scenes of a professional football club.”
Chris Levitt, Skills Delivery Manager said, “We look forward to continuing our partnership with Southend United and working collaboratively on further projects and opportunities to support individuals, businesses and the local community. Our business is about transforming the lives of people and Southend United support our ambition by providing young people with valuable skills and experience to support them on their journey to a career of their dreams.”
