Scan results have revealed that defender Harry Lennon fractured his leg in the 3-0 win over Walsall.
Lennon was making his first start since the opening day of the season having just returned from a fractured toe.
The summer signing was substituted less than 20 minutes into the game following a challenge from Saddlers’ captain George Dobson and then taken to hospital.
It’s expected that Lennon will be out until the New Year.
Everyone at the club would like to wish Harry a full and speedy recovery.
