Blues captain Anton Ferdinand is looking at the positives heading into tomorrow’s game at home to Fleetwood Town.
Despite the poor form from the Blues, the skipper says he is encouraged by what they have shown at times, especially at home.
Ferdinand said: “The best thing for us is to look at the positives and start looking up the table instead of down.
“That only starts by gaining confidence from winning games.
“We know what we need to do. We speak, of course as a squad you have to speak.
“There’s good players in this dressing room, big players. Players with quality and high pedigree.
“Everyone speaks with each other, we know what is required from each other, and the worrying thing would be if we didn’t see it at all.
“The fact that we see it, more at home than you do away, but the fact that you see signs of us at our best, for me that’s encouraging.
“Even when you’re in a rut and not doing very well, and you can’t see your win coming from anywhere, but we’re still managing to do that at home.
“If we take our home form into away games and start performing away as we are doing at home then we’re not sat here talking like this.”
