Blues Players Surprise Glebe Primary School Pupils

The two Bristol City Loanees, spoke about their experiences so far in the professional game and how they got to where they are now.

Taylor spoke about his time so far with the Blues and how he's enjoying being part of the squad. Both of the players took time out to answer questions from the kids.

Including the question, 'If you could play with any player who would it be?'  Which Taylor responded, "For me, it would have to be Raphael Varane as he plays in a similar position to me."

Shawn said, "When I was younger Ronaldo was my idol so it would have to be him as my answer."

Both players spoke about playing at Roots hall as what it’s like to play in front of thousands of home fans and what it’s like to score at home in front of home fans.

This player appearance is part of SUCET's Premier League Primary Stars Programme. The programme uses the appeal of the Premier League and professional football clubs to inspire children to learn, be active and develop important life skills.

Available to every primary school in England and Wales, it inspires girls and boys aged 5-11 in the classroom, the playground and on the sports field.
