We’re asking fans to vote for their DeVines March Player of the Month award.
The month saw Blues work their way into the play-off places, with wins against Coventry City, Walsall and AFC Wimbledon after a draw at home to Port Vale and defeat at Bristol Rovers.
You can choose from the following candidates:
• Anton Ferdinand
• Simon Cox
• Nile Ranger
• Ben Coker
Skipper Anton Ferdinand continues to be a calming presence amongst a performing defence that kept two clean sheets in March. He also scored his second goal of the season, the equaliser against Walsall.
Simon Cox scored two goals during March, and what great strikes the pair were. First of all he slammed a free kick into the top corner against Walsall to complete a sensational comeback, before hammering Blues’ second away at AFC Wimbledon.
Nile Ranger has been in scintillating form of late, scoring in four in his last four games. Three of those came in March as the striker scored at Roots Hall for the first time since signing for the club in the summer. Ranger bagged the opener early on in the 2-0 win at Coventry, before the first goal to help Blues beat Walsall and a stunning individual effort at The Cherry Red Records stadium which was something to behold.
Ben Coker played every game in March and helped Blues to two clean sheets. Coker is always an important outlet on the left wing and his consistency is worth a mention among the other candidates.
