Micahel Timlin ready to make Blues comeback if selected...Blues midfielder Michael Timlin is hoping his long road back from injury will end tomorrow night at Millwall.
Blues' Emirates FA Cup game at The Den could well see Millwall fan Timlin make his long awaited return, as boss Phil Brown confirmed on Thursday.
And if Timlin does make an appearance it will be a huge relief.
"I've been back in training for the last week and a half and it's been going really well," he said. "The specialist outlined a few guidelines that I had to stick to so we've done that and it feels really good.
"I just want to make sure I don't break down again because it was quite frustrating when it happened last time.
"I'm looking forward to hopefully being back involved and up for selection in the squad."
Timlin added that the run of four games unbeaten Blues are on is the perfect springboard to take into the game.
"We have to go into the game full of confidence because we feel like we've turned the corner.
"But there's no point thinking too far ahead; we need to go game by game.
"Even though it's a cup game, we'll be going back there in the league later in the season, so it's two teams playing for reputation.
"What we want is to go on a cup run like we did when we ended up playing Hull a couple of seasons back."
