As part of our continual drive to provide fans with something special, we are delighted to announce that we are the first football club to offer local business managers the chance to learn the secrets of motivation and maximising team performance from the club manager.
In conjunction with Sporting Difference, the specialists in management training, we are holding a one day seminar which will show managers, supervisors and team leaders how to get their teams performing at the top of their game.
Sporting Difference have spent time with Phil discussing his experiences of motivating and leading teams to success, which is especially difficult in the high pressure world of football. These discussions provide a fascinating insight into his management techniques and contain valuable lessons which can be directly applied to any working environment.
Using proven tools and business models, combined with Phil’s approach to leadership, coaching and motivation, the day will give people managers a wide range of practical actions they can use in their own environments to create a more motivated workforce.
The seminar will take place on the 16th March at Roots Hall between 9.30am and 5.30pm and is a ticket only event with tickets being sold on a first come, first served basis.
