AB: I’d probably say my best partnership was with Spencer Prior.
AB: Yeah of course I would, but I’m enjoying my playing days at the moment. You never know what happens in football and you never what the future holds, but I’m still enjoying being out on the field at the moment so we’ll see, you never know!
AB: There’s been so many, but I’ll probably say the one that sticks out the most would have to the Wembley Play-Off Final in 2015.
AB: I think just from being a local boy it’s always going to feel that little bit extra special playing for the club you support. I remember the first game I ever went to as a boy so Southend United will always be a special club to me.
AB: The goal against Chelsea in the FA Cup was a very memorable one, but also for me, my goal last year against Colchester United has to be right up there with the amount of stick I get from them and it being a local derby.
AB: I began my career as a trainee at Leyton Orient before moving to Plymouth Argyle in February 1999.
AB: Yes, believe it or not when I first started out I was a centre midfield player. So I came through as a midfielder up until my apprenticeship ended at 17, then I got put in at centre-half and that’s where I’ve been ever since.
AB: Of course it had to be Ryan Leonard! In answer to your question Lenny – a lot of dubbing!
