Who would your winner be?

With Southend United’s End of Season Gala dinner less than one month away (Tuesday 10th May) there is a number of awards that we need YOUR help with!

Goal of the Season Award

Cast your vote for Blues’ Goal of the Season – need a reminder of the goals? Watch the video and make your vote by emailing with your dedicated goal – voting closes on Wednesday 4th May at 5pm.

Fan’s Player of the Year Award

Who has been the stand out player in a Southend United shirt for you this season? You can choose any of the current Blues squad! Simply email with the name of your chosen player – voting closes on Wednesday 4th May 5pm.

Champagne Moment of the Year Award

Champagne Moment of the Year? You can choose from three options, Ryan Leonard's superb strike against Sheffield United? 'Mr Southend' Adam Barrett's header against rivals Colchester United? Or Daniel Bentley's last gasp penalty save against Peterborough United after a resilient defensive performance? You can vote on Twitter at @SUFCRootsHall.

Southend United Fan of the Year Award

This season has seen supporters travel thousands of miles to support the team, as well as travelling in numbers, filling out away ends up and down the country.
So the Club hands the baton over to fans to nominate a member of the Southend United faithful to be recognised as the number one Blue.
It can be a friend, family member or someone who sits next to you at Roots Hall; from someone who has made a huge sacrifice to follow Southend, to someone who hasn't missed a home game for years or maybe even decades.
Maybe one supporter makes it possible for others to get to the game by organising a supporter bus? Or maybe there’s someone whose passion for Southend United has helped them to overcome difficult times? They could be our Fan of the Year.

If you know someone who should become the ‘Southend United Fan of the Year’ then please email with the name and the reason why you think they should win the award – voting closes Thursday 28th April 5pm.
