Southend to head to Cressing Road for a pre-season fixture in mid-July.
Blues will head toBraintree Town on Friday 17th July for another pre-season friendly match.
The trip to our Essex neighbours, who play in the National League, will be another trip to one of the local non-league sides.
The game kicks off at 7.45pm at Braintree's Cressing Road ground.
