Join the Southend United Community & Educational Trust's NCS programme.

Have you just finished Year 11 at School?

Are you interested in doing challenging activities like such as abseiling, canoeing and raft building?

Would you like to learn new skills that will boost your CV?

Would you like to positively change your community?

Southend United Community and Educational Trust are running their established NCS project again this summer, and we want you to be involved!

For just £35 you will get:

 - A 5 day Away Residential – Starting Monday 13th July 2015

Spend 4 nights and 5 days at the PGL Outdoors Centre in Liddington, Wiltshire, and enjoy activities such as rock climbing, zip wiring, canoeing and raft building. 

- A 5 Day Home Residential – Starting Monday 20th July 2015

Spend four nights and five days at the University of Essex, learning new skills that will help you in the future, including entrepreneurship, animal behaviour (at Colchester Zoo) and leadership. 

- The chance to plan and deliver a social action project within the local community – Starting Monday 27th July

A chance for you to put your new found confidence and skills into practice and make a real difference in your local community! You and your team are in charge and are responsible for delivering the project of your choice that will benefit your local area

- A Graduation Ceremony 

A chance for you to celebrate your achievements with your team, where you will be presented with your NCS certificate.

On top of this you will get:

- Your NCS certificate signed by David Cameron
- Opportunities for tickets to Southend United fixtures
- Volunteering pathways
