The North Bank will be open to home supporters on Saturday for the game against Burton Albion
Following discussions with Sky Sports, who will be broadcasting Saturday’s play-off semi-final against Burton Albion, and the Brewers themselves, we will now be opening the North Bank to home supporters.
Sky Sports will be locating a camera in Block Z in the West Stand meaning that some seats in the area may have a slightly restricted view, although as it is unallocated you will be able to move to ensure your view of the game is good.
Burton Albion have agreed to sell a maximum of 800 tickets for the game on Saturday, allowing us to open Blocks Y and A in the North Bank to home fans.
We would like to thank both Burton and Sky Sports for their help in solving this logistical problem and ensuring we are able to get as many supporters in the ground as possible.
Following a discussion with The Blue Voice, they will remain in Block X in the West Stand for the game.
There are still plenty of seats left available for Saturday, but we have now sold over 8,000 tickets. Hopefully we can have a complete sell out in the home areas to cheer Blues on to Wembley.
The opening of the two blocks in the North Bank means we can now have over an additional 1,000 home supporters here.
Please note that you won’t be able to migrate on the day of the game.
