Ryan Leonard wins Goal of the Month for January for his stunning strike against Portsmouth

Ryan Leonard’s stunning 90th minute winner against Portsmouth at Roots Hall on January 1st 2014 has been voted as Blues’ Goal of the Month for January.

Leonard’s brace in that game helped Blues to all three points, but his excellent low strike from 25-yards sealed the win late on from a Barry Corr lay-off.

In second place was Leonard’s goal against Chesterfield where Michael Timlin and Kevan Hurst were both involved in an excellent break away goal.

Third place went to Barry Corr for his excellent chip over Chesterfield goalkeeper Tommy Lee in the 3-0 win.
