Defender will stay with Blues until 3rd January on loan from Yeovil Town
Southend United defender Jakub Sokolik has agreed to extend his stay at Roots Hall until January 3rd.
This means that the last game of the defender's loan will be against Northampton Town on that day.
The 21-year-old defender is currently on his temporary deal back in Essex on loan from Yeovil Town and has played twice since his return, against Mansfield Town in our 2-1 victory, and against Chester in the FA Cup.
Jakub spent part of last season on a similar deal with Blues, although at the time, he was at Liverpool, before being let go by the Reds and joined Yeovil on a free transfer in the summer.
