The club would like to thank the striker for his efforts with us during his loan spell with the club
Southend United can confirm that striker Jamar Loza has returned to his parent club, Norwich City.
Loza could well be in the Canaries’ squad for their game on Saturday, following an impressive loan spell with Blues, after his loan spell at Roots Hall expired.
The 19-year-old made an immediate impact at Roots Hall, scoring one and assisting one in the 3-0 win against Oxford United that ended Blues’ 13-game run without a win.
He featured in seven games for Blues during his time with the club, and everyone here would like to wish him the very best for the future.
Phil Brown said: “Jamar made a big impact during his time with us, but he has returned to Norwich who feel he can play a part for their first-team between now and the end of the season.
“We would have loved to have kept him here until the end of the season, but I’d like to wish him the very best for the future, and thank him for his efforts during his time with the club.”
