Phil Brown on Monday's game against Accrington Stanley
Phil Brown has urged his players to carry forward the positivity from Friday's game at Rochdale into the game with Accrington Stanley on Monday.
Blues picked up an impressive three points at Spotland to further boost their play-off hopes.
Stanley visit Roots Hall on Monday just four points above the dropzone, and Brown says his players must be at the races.
He said: "We've got to be at our best again on Monday because Accrington will prove to be a tough test.
"They might well be safe but the gap is only four points and James Beattie will be doing everything to get his players up for it.
"My players need no encouragement because they know the task at hand and they'll be confident.
"It was a terrific performance on Friday against Rochdale and we need to carry that sort of performance into the game on Monday.
"Easter weekend is always a two-game mini series in which you can really change the course of where you finish.
"If you had offered me four points before Friday's game I'd have said yes, but now we've done the hardest part by going to Rochdale and winning, we want the full six.
"We can't be looking at anyone else's results at this stage, it's all about our own and making sure we pick up the three points."
