2013-14 Play-offs: Ticket sale details

30 April 2014

With a play-off spot confirmed, here's the ticket details, depending on where we finish following Saturday's game

With a play-off place confirmed, there are still a number of outcomes that could happen depending on Saturday’s result against Burton Albion. However, here are the ticket details depending on the result from Saturday.

To thank you for your tremendous support, we will be freezing the normal advanced and matchday prices for the home-leg at Roots Hall, which will be as follows (Please note we are unable to offer Season Card holders discount under the Football League rules):

Should we finish in 6th or 7th the home leg will come first, either on Saturday 10th May at 7:30pm, or Sunday 11th May at 12pm.

This means that we will have just one week to sell tickets for the fixture. The ticket office will be open at the following times, should the home leg be first:

Sunday 4th: 10am –2pm* (on sale to Season Card holders, shareholders and Blues Lottery members only)
Monday 5th: 10am –2pm* (on sale to Season Card holders, shareholders and Blues Lottery members only)
Tuesday 6th: 9:30am – 5pm (on sale to Season Card holders, shareholders and Blues Lottery members only)
Wednesday 7th: 9:30am – 7pm* (General Sale starts)
Thursday 8th: 9:30am –7pm*
Friday 9th: 9:30am –7pm*

*Queues will be stopped at these times

Should we finish in 7th, the game will be on the Saturday evening, and the ticket office will open from 10am on the day of the match.

Should we finish 6th, the ticket office will be open 10am – 5pm on Saturday 10th.

Please note: Season Card holders, shareholders and Blues Lottery members will be able to purchase three additional tickets, but will qualify just once (you cannot purchase six if you are a Season Card holder and shareholder).

For the home leg, due to rules meaning we have to allocate 10% to the away team, the North Bank will not be open to home supporters. If they do not sell their full allocation, and we have sold out around the ground, we will then review the situation.

Should we finish in 5th, the away leg will come first on Sunday 11th May, kick-off 12pm, and tickets for this game will go on sale from Monday 5th May at 10am.

Please note that this is subject to the arrival of tickets from the away team.

The ticket office will be open from 9:30 – 5pm for the rest of the week building up to the game.

Season Card holders, shareholders and Blues Lottery members will have Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to purchase their tickets for the game, before they go on general sale from Thursday 8th May, 9:30am.

Tickets will be limited to one per Season Card holder, shareholder or Blues Lottery member, and again, you qualify for this only once.

+ The demand for tickets is expected to be extremely high, so please do not call the ticket office hotline from your mobile. (Your mobile service provider will charge you excess fees for calling this number). We understand the frustrations with the phone line, but please note this is because of excessive demand that the system struggles to handle. If you are able to we strongly advise you buy your tickets in person at Roots Hall, however we understand this is not possible for everyone, and we ask this service is kept for those who really can’t visit in person. We apologise for the delays in advance, the phones will be specially manned, but we expect it to be busy.

++ Disabled supporters who can’t get to the ground who are Season Card holders can email and we will manage these sales outside of the other services.
