Four changes for Blues at Accrington

9 February 2013

Straker, Prosser, Laird and Spillane all in for Blues

Paul Sturrock made four changes from Tuesday's win against Leyton Orient for the trip to Accrington Stanley in League 2.

Three of those were enforced as Chris Barker, Mark Phillips and Michael Timlin were all out through injury.

That meant Anthony Straker, Luke Prosser and Marc Laird came in.

The only other change saw Alex Woodyard drop to the bench as Michael Spillane returned after being cup-tied in mid-week.

Ben Reeves and Britt Assombalonga continued their partnership in attack.

Sturrock only named five substitutes for the trip to the Crown Ground.

Blues: Smith; Clohessy, Cresswell, Prosser, Straker; Hurst, Laird, Spillane, Leonard; Reeves, Assombalonga.

Subs: Bentley, Corr, Woodyard, Spicer, Lavery.
