Goalkeeper Daniel Bentley will make his full debut for Southend United today after Paul Smith's injury.
Smith misses today's match against Exeter City with a neck injury picked up in Tuesday's 1-0 defeat at Gillingham.That means Bentley, 19, will make his first full start having previously appeared as a substitute on two occasions.
Meanwhile, Luke Prosser is recalled to the starting line-up after a calf problem whilst Elliot Benyon partners Britt Assombalonga in attack following a groin injury to Gavin Tomlin.
Striker Barry Corr makes the subs bench after 17 months out of action whilst under 18 keeper Ted Smith provides cover for Bentley.
