Enjoy and pie and a pint with Blues boss Paul Sturrock and chief executive Steve Kavanagh
The event takes place on Thursday, 6th December in the Shrimpers Bar and the ticket price of only £10 includes a Pie and a Pint. Kick off is at 8pm.
It will be a game of two halves as Paul recalls the special moments during his fantastically successful career in football from his early days at Dundee United where he helped to break the Old Firm monopoly of the Scottish League Championship in 1983.
He represented his country on 20 occasions. He retired from playing in 1989 having played a total of 576 games scoring 171 goals.
After a spell as coach at Dundee United he began his managerial career at St. Johnstone in 1993 before returning to Tannadice in 1998 for a two year spell. During the ensuing years he took the reigns at Plymouth (twice), Southampton, Sheffield Wednesday, Swindon before joining the Blues in 2010.
Steve Kavanagh joined the Blues in October 2012 having spent over 10 successful years at Charlton Athletic and his role is to drive the Blues towards the new stadium with positivity.
The format for the second half will be a question and answer session in which guests are invited to ask questions to Paul about his career in further detail or any Blues related matters with both Paul and Steve.
It should be a great night and we would like to fill the Shrimpers Bar to the brim. Tickets are available form the Commercial Department on 01702 304 147 or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or from the main ticket office.
