Laird, Straker and Tomlin in for Blues

8 December 2012

Three changes for Blues' trip to Fleetwood

Paul Sturrock made three changes to the side that beat Brentford on Tuesday for Blues' trip to Highbury Stadium to take on Fleetwood Town.

Marc Laird was back after being cup-tied on Tuesday night. He came in for the suspended Michael Timlin who picked up his fifth booking of the season in that 2-1 win.

David Martin was ruled out with flu and didn't travel, which meant Anthony Straker came in for him following his cameo appearance on Tuesday night.

The third and final change saw Gavin Tomlin return from injury to replace Barry Corr in attack.

Blues: Smith; Clohessy, Cresswell, Prosser, Barker; Hurst, Mkandawire, Laird, Straker; Assombalonga, Tomlin. Subs: Coughlan, Eastwood, Corr, Donnelly, Bentley, Woodyard, Benyon.
