Warner one of three trialists

Goalkeeper Tony Warner will trial in goal for tonight’s match against Millwall.

The former Liverpool custodian, 38, starts for this evening’s friendly with the Lions at Roots Hall. 

Warner has made 356 career appearances for 15 different sides, including tonight’s opponents. 

Meanwhile, also included in the starting line-up against Millwall is midfielder John Spicer. 

Trialist Spicer has been passed fit to play after missing the Blues last three matches with a thigh problem. 

Blues will also take a look at ex-Swansea City midfielder Scott Donnelly with the 24-year-old included amongst the substitutes.
