Southend's pre-season visit to Great Wakering Rovers has been made all-ticket following Police advice, southendunited.co.uk can confirm.
Steve Tilson will take his Championship side to Wakering's Burroughs Park ground on Wednesday 19th July, kick-off 7.30pm.
The game, United's second warm-up fixture following their tour of Bermuda, looks set to break the non-league outfits' attendance record.
Rovers' previous best was an FA Vase fifth round clash against Potters Bar Town that attracted 675 supporters in 1998.

However, with United promising to bring their League One Champions trophy along, that looks set to be eclipsed next month.
Wakering, who ply their trade in the Isthmian League Division One North, current ground only, has a capacity of around 2,500.
Tickets went on sale yesterday to supporters of both clubs at Burroughs Park in Little Wakering Hall Lane at 10am.
The game has been priced at £10.00 for Adults and £5.00 for Concessions, with only cash and cheques being accepted.
One familiar face that is likely to line-up against Southend is 23-year-old midfielder Danny Pitts who made a single League appearance for the Blues under ex-boss Rob Newman, having come through the youth ranks.
Blues are in action four days earlier as they begin their warm-up with a trip to Chelmsford City on Saturday, July 15.
