Southend United's Blue Army recruitment team has already signed up hundreds of new troops for Camouflage Day next month.

But if you haven't got enrolled yet now is the time to quick march down to the Blues Box Office and sign-up.

Camouflage Day takes place when Torquay United visit Roots Hall on Saturday, 4th September (3pm) to take on General Paul Sturrock's troops.

The Blue Army has been ordered to come dressed to the game in their finest camouflage uniform to show your support for serving personnel.

Warrant Officer Class 2 Robert Bell has issued his rallying cry to supporters on YouTube with his propaganda broadcast available here.

As part of the day a family of four (2 adults and 2 children) can enjoy the match for just £20 in the Family Enclosure - saving £12 of the usual price of tickets - fantastic value!

Taking place on the day will be a whole host of military themed activities including a combat display on the Roots Hall pitch, a special Blue Belles army dance, face painting, themed matchday music and much, much more.
