What is the TeamCard Loyalty Scheme?
The TeamCard Loyalty Scheme lets you collect TeamCard points when you buy goods from the Southend Club Shop, from participating TeamCard high street retailers and through the TeamCard website retailers. You then use your TeamCard points to pay for merchandise and Season Cards at Southend United, to lower the cost of supporting your club!
Why should I collect TeamCard Points?
TeamCard points can be used against purchases from the Southend United Club Shop, Season Cards or Hospitality. The minimum redemption value is £1. TeamCard points can be used for part-payment of purchases.
How many TeamCard points will I receive from the Southend United Club Shop?
Southend United are awarding TeamCard points in its Club Shop to all Southend United TeamCard holders. Every time you make a purchase and produce your TeamCard you will be awarded TeamCard points.
TeamCard holders will receive 5 TeamCard points for each full £1 they spend in store. Watch out for special double points offers throughout the season.
Does TeamCard replace the 10% discount in Club Shop for Season Card Holders?
TeamCard points will replace Season Card Holder discount in the Club Shop from the start of the 2008/09 season onwards. Up until May 31st 2008, Season Card Holders will be able to choose when buying merchandise in the Club Shop whether to receive the 10% discount or earn TeamCard points on their purchase(s).
Where else can I collect TeamCard points apart from Southend United?
Obviously you can earn Teamcard points at the Club Shop, but what other shops can you earn loyalty points at?
Currently all other purchases must occur online to earn you points although this will change in the near future.
Once you have signed in to your account at www.teamcard.co.uk you can shop at these outlets, plus many more, and you account will automatically be updated.

What is a TeamCard Point worth to me?
Each TeamCard point is worth 1p of value. So 340 TeamCard Points equals a value of £3.40.
What is www.teamcard.co.uk ?
www.teamcard.co.uk is a fully interactive website just for TeamCard holders. You can check your TeamCard account and information online, and by shopping through www.teamcard.co.uk with our online retailers you can collect TeamCard points. You'll also be able to keep up to date with our special offers and points promotions.
How can I shop and collect TeamCard points online?
By registering at www.teamcard.co.uk you can access TeamCard's online shopping. To make sure you get your TeamCard points you must access these online retailers via www.teamcard.co.uk
When do I get the TeamCard points I have collected for shopping at www.teamcard.co.uk?
Once you have completed an online transaction your TeamCard points will be added to your TeamCard account. Points are normally awarded after the "returns" period for the product purchased has expired. This can be up to 28 days after completing the transaction.
When I collect TeamCard points at participating high street retailers or online at www.teamcard.co.uk, do I always get the same number of TeamCard points per £1?
No. Each retailer sets its own number of TeamCard points per £1 awarded. For full details

There are two TeamCard key fobs, can they both be used to collect and redeem TeamCard points?
Yes, points will all be credited to one TeamCard account in your name. Likewise each TeamCard can be used to redeem TeamCard points, so look after your TeamCards - anyone you've given one of your TeamCards to can use it to redeem TeamCard points from your TeamCard account.
How can I check my TeamCard points balance?
Simply visit www.teamcard.co.uk , login and your TeamCard points balance will be displayed. Also when you shop at the club superstore with your TeamCard, your TeamCard points balance will be shown on your receipt.
Does the club benefit from TeamCard?
Yes. For every TeamCard point awarded by a retailer, on the high street or online, Southend United receives a royalty. So use your TeamCard to collect points and help your club!
What do I do if I lose one of my key fobs?
Call the Southend United Ticket Office on 08444 77 00 77, and give them the 14 digit TeamCard number (printed above the barcode) of the fob that has been lost. If you don't know the TeamCard number of your lost fob, provide the TeamCard number of the fob you still have. They will identify the missing fob, cancel and replace it, any points you have collected and not redeemed will be transferred to the replacement fob. If you cannot provide the necessary TeamCard number(s) then all the fobs in your name will have to be cancelled and replaced. There will be a £5 administration fee charged.
How long is my TeamCard valid for?
As a special introductory offer, the initial membership will run until 30 June, 2009 (normally one season). Details of how this can be renewed will be provided nearer the time of expiry.
How long do TeamCard Points remain valid?
TeamCard points on your current membership will expire on 31 July, 2009. Please make sure you redeem your points before this date as they cannot be carried forward to a new membership.
