I would like to take a moment to introduce myself as the new Technical Development Officer within the youth department at Southend United Football Club.

Taking over the duties previously held by Marc Tracy, I will also be the main point of contact for all Shadow Squad players.

I would like to express my delight at returning to the club to take over this position and look forward to working with all of the Centre of Excellence and Shadow Squad players in the coming weeks and next season.

To all existing Shadow Squad players I would like to remind you that there are three sessions left of this season, they are Friday 11th June, Friday 18th of June and finally Friday 25th June.

All training times and venues remain the same for these three sessions. You will also receive notification of next seasons Shadow Squad groups and schedules either by post or email by the end of July 2010.
